I have purchased Baleaf riding shorts, shirts and jackets and have liked everything. I wanted shorts that weren't as tight as bike shorts so I didn't have to wear a long shirt, and ones that were actually longer than regular shorts. Enter the Baleaf walking shorts. The 13" size comes just to below the knee on a 5'2", 129 lb. woman. They are comfortably loose but not baggy. Love the pockets, side-zipped one holds a larger phone. They are very comfortable, breathable, light weight but not see-through thin. I can wear these to the gym, then go shopping with only perhaps an upgraded top and sandals. I am 78 years old and don't like to look too casual when shopping. I bought two additional pair after my initial purchase.

These longer shorts definitely live up to the positive reviews given, in my opinion. I am 5’6”, 137-140 and 60 years old.I got these for my 84 year old mother to wear as swim wear bottoms, but I tried them on first. We are both usually size small in pants, me size 6 and she size 8. I sized up and got in a medium and they fit me so well, I decided I’m going to buy another pair for myself.I got the dark gray, so not sure if all the colors fit the same yet. But, I found these pants to be almost like a soft, stretchy, windbreaker type material, and the dark gray isn’t see through. They don’t seem that they will be hot, even though they feel like polyester, because they are so light. The medium fit me close, but not as close as leggings, which might have been the case if I bought my regular size small. The waist band is a wider elastic, landing on my belly button, but it is not uncomfortable as I sized up, and it is lighter material. The length hit me right below the knee, and I tend to have a bit longer torso than longer legs. Can’t tell the quality yet, but I imagine if I was hiking and it got snagged on some thorns, or a rock, that would probably be the end of it, because it is so light. But, for being comfortable just around the yard it is fine, and for going out and about, it definitely looks presentable. No back pockets, but the side ones are roomy enough for a cell phone, but I might size up one size like I did, unless you like skin tight. There is a third zippered small side pocket further down on the right leg, but not sure I’d use that for anything as it is so low. But, might like it for small things, like money, or a license that you wouldn’t want falling out.

Love it! The fit is great, lightweight, moves with you, well made, great length. Only negative is the waist is a little crunchy. Not enough so that I don’t have 3 pairs of this style though 🤣 can dress them up or down for any occasion.

Love love these. I am 5'3" and they hit just mid knee or right under ... I have short legs, too. They are comfortable and I now have 3 pair of the 15" which are like capris on me. These wash well; I used cold water and put them in the dryer for 5 min. These and the 15"ers came out beautifully. I bought the 13" for hiking and even though they are polyester, they are light and loose enough to keep the breeze going through. The 15"ers are for my traveling abroad and they are great ... lightweight for my carryon luggage. Good product so far.

I recently lost a lot of weight and needed to replace all my bottoms. Baleaf fits perfectly. I’m only 5’ tall so it’s challenging to find capri length bottoms that aren’t too long. These long shorts are a great length and the lightweight fabric is so breezy comfortable. Glad I ordered 2.
