I am 5'5 150 and I bought the large. The size chart and others comments were confusing as far as what size would work best for me. The large fits me exactly as I hoped. Its is fitted but not super tight. The inside is micro fleece and the outside is smooth, its really cute and really good for the price. The stitching etc is all really well done, the quality is good.

Quality of Inner layer is good. The photo showed on Amazon looks purple, but actually it is negative, it's deep blue.
