This is not really a jammer because it’s not a compression fit, so the suit runs at least 2 or 3 sizes too large. I ordered a medium which for any other brand would be a very compressed fit, which is what you want for swimming laps. The material feels very cheap and would probably not last many swims in a chlorine pool. The “3D support” is blatant false advertisement as well. I am most likely just going to throw it away because it’s worthless. Don’t waste your money on this brand at all.
