I’m 5’9 and about 133 lbs. I have long arms and a long torso. I am normally a size small but considering my body frame with this crop top long sleeve. I did size up to a medium. With that being said, the medium fits great in the arms. The sleeves are long enough for my arms. Each sleeve has a loop for your thumb. I wouldn’t consider it a “thumb hole”. When I put my thumbs in the loop there’s no annoying pull down on my shoulders. Usually my arms are so long if I use the thumb holes it’s so uncomfortable and sometimes painful with the pressure pulling down on my shoulders and thumbs. These thumb loops are comfortable and don’t cause the pressure in my shoulders. The torso area is a little baggy on me but still cropped. I wore this to Pilates and it was so comfortable. This top is thin lightweight material; Quick drying. I do live in Arizona and hike frequently. I like this has sun protection because I can’t stand the smell of most sunblocks. It also has a little loop on the shoulder for your sunglasses, haha. Love that! Part of me does wonder if the small would have fit my torso/arms, but the medium definitely fits!

Now that I’m a little older, I don’t usually wear a crop style top. I ordered this one to wear with my higher waisted yoga pants for my morning walks. The top is a comfortable fit and not really as short at the waist as I thought it might be. I appreciate the thoughtful extra details of this shirt like the fabric loop near the top of the shoulder where I could clip my house key while walking. There are also stretchy fabric thumb loops at the hem of the sleeve. This is perfect keeping the sleeves down and partially covering my hands on cooler mornings. The waist has an extra fabric triangle. This makes it less fitted there and easier to move. The fabric is very light and smooth and feels great against my skin. This shirt will layer nicely under a jacket without becoming too bulky or hot. I got the light gray which is a pretty icy, silvery, blue gray. Gladly recommend for women of all ages!

I have purchased several Baleaf items over time and I really like their quality, comfort, look and protection that they offer.
