Super comfortable, a little thin! Great for summer nights!
This is an excellent jersey to work out in. The material seems very breathable and the UPF50+ protection is another huge plus. The zippers both work very well and the pocket zipper blends well so it isnt super noticeable. The shirt has reflective features which are great for visibility. It generally fits true to size. However, I did deduct one star because it was a bit shorter than I would like. I also prefer the thumb loops to be made out of the sleeve fabric. This shirt has normal cuffs (no thumb hole) and instead the thumb loop is a piece of elastic that is sewn onto the inside of the sleeve. Neither of these issues are a huge deal breaker but a bit annoying and reason to rate this shirt four stars. Besides those two things, the shirt meets and exceeds my expectations.
I ordered this long sleeve cycling jersey to go hiking. But I see the functionality for cycling since it has a little pocket in the back to set up a credit card, an ID, and probably a car fob or even a tracker device like an air tag. Ill give a lot of use to this jersey in spring and fall during my hiking seasons.
This workout top is completely adorable. The material has that perfect stretch with just the right amount of weight to itsuper comfortable and surprisingly high?quality. Honestly, it feels like a great dupe for some of the pricey athletic brands out there.I especially love the open?back detail. It adds a cute, breezy touch without being too revealing. The fit is true to size; Im a size small and it fits perfectly without feeling tight or restrictive. Its great for workouts, but also cute enough to throw on with yoga pants for errands or a casual day out. Definitely a new favorite in my athleisure rotation.
This review is for a fitness shirt. I am a person who is sedentary and who is currently trying to re-enter the fitness world one small step at a time. I am overweight, so having comfy clothes is hard sometimes to find, especially because of my size. I am 5'7", I weigh around 280 lbs, and the shirt size I bought is 2XL. Although my weight falls outside of the recommended range for this size, my bust measurement is within the recommended range. I think my experience would be helpful to all though regardless of where you are on the chart for a few different reasons. My initial impression of the shirt is that it seems well made. The material feels similar to a lightweight compression-style athletic shirt; it feels smooth, slick, and performance-focused rather than gentle and soft. It is not a compression shirt at all, but the material feels very similar to the way that compression shirts feel. It has a standard performance-fabric feel to it; it feels functional and breathable, but more utilitarian than premium. The care instructions for the shirt are provided on this gigantic tag on the inside of the shirt. Once you cut the tag off though, the instructions are not on the shirt anywhere else. I guess I can just keep the tag on my shelf in the laundry room if I need to remember how to care for it, but this design was not convenient for long term care of the product. So the listing made a lot of claims about this product and some of them held up, but others didn't. This shirt is kind of confusing to me. On a positive note, it fits well; it's loose, it doesn't choke my arms, and I don't feel like I'm going to rip it if I move the wrong way. The back of the shirt is split in half kind of. On the very fit model, you can see that in certain yoga poses, that this is fine, because she is not wide enough for this to open up. Someone my size though, who buys this in accordance to the size guide, should beware because on a wider frame, the back of the shirt will split open much more easily. It felt like I was wearing a short split cape or something. The airflow is nice, but it felt like the flaps were too big. This is where I cannot fully agree with one of its selling points, where it says this feature "enhances breathability without exposing too much of the waist."The other feature that is weird is that it is supposed to be a high crew neck style, so as to prevent unintended exposure during workouts. So for upright activities, this works, because the neckline is very very high. This does match the description and it does prevent exposure when bending forward in the front of the shirt. However, on my body, it sits close to my neck and feels a bit restrictive. If you're sensitive to high necklines or prefer a little more breathing room at the collar, this might feel too high.I think regardless of your size, depending on what you do, you absolutely can risk exposing too much of your waist. Like deadlifting? In the starting position, it's going to be spread apart. Downward facing dog in yoga? It's going to come down over your head, or try to. This is what I mean by how confusing this shirt is. I think the intentions are very good, but the modesty it is trying to provide is countered by the design of the back of the shirt. The high crew neckline does prevent chest exposure, but the back of the top and the overall loose fit of the shirt causes the back to open up easily during certain movements. This wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me if I am only planning to do upright cardio activities such as walking on the treadmill, but I would not feel comfortable with doing a workout in this shirt where I planned to do motions where I am bent or not upright. The last thing I want to mention is the claim that this product is not see through. My husband took one look at that shirt when I showed it to him and asked him if it was see through, and he said he wouldn't feel comfortable with me wearing this outside without a bra on. It's hard to tell inside because inside light is different from sunlight. When I put it on and look at myself in my bathroom, or even just put the material on my hand, it doesn't seem sheer. When my husband held it up against the wall a few feet away from me, without stretching it in any way, you could see straight through it. It's not like pantyhose sheer, but it is definitely not non-see through in all settings. I would caution any people who wear bras to ensure they wear one with this for sure.So at this time, I am giving this a rating of 4 stars. This product works, but with notable limitations. I would recommend this for people who are comfortable with high necklines; who plan on wearing this to do activities where they will not be bent over in a public setting or where they will be upright primarily during the activity; and for people who wear bras when they workout.
