What is the Baleaf Product Test Program?

Baleaf Product Test Program is a process to identify and address any issues or bugs in the product, by inviting our customers to test our product in their daily workout and leisure life to hear their true voice about the product.

What types of products will I be testing?

All Baleaf products have the potential to be tested, covering major categories such as yoga, running, outdoor activities, cycling, swimming, golf, and more. You need to submit your preference categories. We will issue test products as appropriate and try our best to meet your wishes. It's a blind-box journey.

What are my responsibilities as a product tester?

As Baleaf Product Tester, after receiving the testing product, you need to wear the product during your daily life or exercise, feel the fabric, fit, and performance of the product, and take photos and videos of yourself wearing the product to record your real wearing experience. Submit your feedback within two weeks and note that testing products cannot be resold, and feedback content needs to be kept strictly confidential.

How will I be notified if I am not be selected to participate in a testing program?

You will receive an email notification if you are not selected to become a product tester.

How many people are in a test?

Depending on the product,the number of test participants range from 5-100 testers.

When does Baleaf have product tests?

Generally we will run this program once every two month, so check the test page periodically to see if a test is running.

Do I keep the product I test?

Yes after the 2 weeks testing period and you have submitted feedback for the product, you may keep the product.

How, when and where should I submit the feedback?

Approximately 1 weeks after you receive and test the product you will receive an email from Baleaf with a link to where you should submit the feedback. It is important you submit the feedback via the link provided in the email.

Will my feedback be used to improve the product?

Of course, your feedback provides great value to us in improving existing products and developing new ones.

Will I be compensated for my participation in the program?

Baleaf DOES NOT offer payment to consumers for product surveys. If you receive such emails, please delete them and do not respond.If your feedback has been choosen as a high quality one, you will get 3 ponit in your VIP account.(It requires that you have been a member of our VIPs.)

How do I apply to become a product tester?

First, you need to subscribe to our website's email. Usually, we will notify you by email when the activity starts and when the selected list is announced. After that, submit your application on the testing page after registration, and that's how you apply successfully. Finally, all you need to do is wait for the email to notify you of becoming a product tester!

How long does the testing period last?

For 2 weeks. Approximately 1 week after you receive and test the product you will receive an email from Baleaf with a link to where you should submit the feedback. It is important you leave a feedback via the link provided in the email.

How will I be notified if I am selected to participate in a testing program?

You will receive an email notification if you are selected to become a product tester.

How many products can I apply for a time?

The application is limited to one product test per round, but you can participate in multiple rounds to test different products.

Does Baleaf have tests for all products by consumers?

No,Baleaf tests a small number of products each time.

What happens if I need to return the product after testing?

Please note that test products do not allow to return or replace. If you have issues with size, dislike the fit, or have any other reasons to return the product, please inform us in your feedback. If you do not need the product, you may donate or give it away.

Can I share my experience as a product tester with others?

Yes, you can share your experience with your family or friends and we welcome all of you to wear Baleaf and move together! But you need to keep your feedback confidential and not share it with anyone else.

What is the main content of the feedback?

The feedback will include 5-15 questions and your try-on pics or videos.Please provide honest and accurate feedback, based on your actual experience with the product.

Where my photos and videos will be used?

The photos and videos you submit in your feedback may be displayed on the product tester moment plate or product display page.
