  • Bust: Wrap a tape measure around your back and bring forward to the fullest part or your bust. Make sure it's straight and parallel with the floor.

  • Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural indentation in the torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around natural waistline, keeping the tape parallel with the floor and one finger between body and tape for a more comfortable fit.
  • Hips: Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your hips
