Running 

5K-6 Weeks Training Program. 

The "K" stands for the kilometer. A kilometer is 0.62 of a mile, which makes a 5K race 3.1 miles long or 16368 feet long or 5000 meters long. It is hard but achievable. Check out our customized 5K training program for those who born to chase the wind! Baleaf 5K Training Program.
