What is the Good Morning Exercise?

The name of the Good Morning workout comes from the fact that while doing it, it mimics the movements of getting out of bed early in the morning. This may sound easy as you do it every day of your life, when you try to do so on medium and hard mode, this becomes quite the workout.

In short, no. The long answer is that all forms of exercise can become dangerous when performed incorrectly.
How to do the Good Morning Exercise in the Right Way (Easy-mode)?
• Stand straight up with your feet apart at the width of your hips.
• Place your hand behind your head.
• While you keep your back flat and core brace and pushing your hips back, lower your torso to be as parallel as you can to the floor.
• Hold the position and then return back to your starting position.

Good Morning Exercise on Hard Mode
Depending on your level of comfort and strength (where possible, look at yourself in the mirror from the side to see your form at all times) you can start adding forms of resistance. The medium step up would be adding a resistance band or dumbbells with a relatively low weight.
After you feel comfortable with doing this, you can start trying the Good Morning Exercise with barbells and increase the weight according to your experience.
